Our office is located in the heart of downtown Charleston at 17½ Broad Street in a building once known as the Elliott House. Our building is an elaborate example of the warehouse-type utilitarian out-building that was typical of the times. Constructed around 1880 as a warehouse adjunct to the News & Courier, the building was considered an impressive architectural statement of the day, and boasts arched openings and prominent gables. The building later housed cotton and, still later, the C&S Bank. Since opening the doors to our law firm, the interior has undergone extensive renovations and we proudly offer an elevator and ground-floor facilities for our clients with accessibility and mobility concerns. We are centrally located in the Tri-County area and accessible via I-26 to Meeting, King or East Bay Streets, then South to Broad Street.
